Of course there is a chance. It is ver slim since the depo. Will still be in your system, but there is still a chance. You doctor will not give you another shot if you are late. You will have to take a pregnancy test, wait two weeks and take another pregnancy test. If the second one is negative, then you can get your shot that day, but it has to be the same day as you took your second pregnancy test. I know all this from experience!! LOL!! IT`s a pain when your forget. Trust me, it`s worth it to be on time!! :-) Hope this was helpful.
