13th Birthday?

Okay, so my 13th birthday is coming up in february and i`m super excited, but i need ideas on what to do. I`m thinking of doing an unlucky theme becuase 13 is supposed to be unlucky and everything... I need to invite both guys and girls because about half of my friends are guys. Im definately not a girly-girl, though i have my moments. Im kinda on the darker side ^-^ well, any ideas for me? i need help! i want this to be really special and i dont really have a budget. And please dont make it too inappropirate
