I Don`t Drink....what Do I Use For A Toast?

I don`t drink at all. I have no problem with any one who does, I just choose not to. I will provide alcohol at my reception for guests but I don`t know what to use for myself. I am using the spanish rennisance as a theme. Help!

This might be too "mexican" for you rtheme, but you could try to concoct a non-alcoholic sangria with Sprite or seltzer for fizz. But if not, I think sparkling cider is a great idea!!!
