Sweet 16 In The Winter Also

Hi um my birthday is in december and i don`t know what to do i don`t want a pool party or a kid party but im also sharing my b-day with my bestfriend and we don`t have a lot of money to spend on this but we want it to be somthing people will still talk about when were seniors in high school !!
And we can`t decide on what we want because everything is so exspensive
