Wow - that`s a lot of chair covers! Have you checked all of the forums on this site? I think there is one company that offers these for $2/each for a rental. I`m not sure if you could make them that cheap, although I see a lot of people asking for the pattern - so maybe? I don`t know. Anyway, check all the forums. You possibly could even get more of a discount since you need so many.
