I`m having navy as my color also.. I was thinking of having silver as the other color, but thought that white would look best. My bridesmaids bouquets are all white, and will be wearing white pearls and white shoes as well. Of course, plastic ones are cheaper... But since the groom`s family has nothing to spend on really and they`re buying the bridesmaids` bouquets, I`m gonna go for real flowers. I found some bouquets for just $20.

Hey, I am in Canada too! I am very good with colours and I am training to get a degree in interior design, but I was also going to go into wedding planning. Silver is wonderful with navy, but white goes well too. I would suggest silver as your accent colour because it is more rich looking. If you are having mostly red flowers in your boquet, but want inexpensive flowers for your wedding, I would not use silk flowers, but I would give each of my bridesmaids a single long stemmed red rose with a silver (about 3 cm think) ribbon and tie it in a small bow, with long tails towards the head of the rose.
