GANGSTER WEDDING THEME

Hello,

I am interested in having a 'ganster/mobster' theme wedding with the pin stripe suits and all. We are not interested in having a church wedding, rather we would like to create our own little setting on a nice piece of land. Do you have any suggestions as to what to wear for the bride and groom as well as the bridesmaids and groomsmen? Secondly, do you have any suggestions as to what the fashion and setting was like back then? What could we design that would resemble the 'ganster/mobster' era? (what year is it anyway~the 40's???)

Any suggestions are welcome and we would appreciate it greatly!!

Im in the beginning stages of planning a wedding for march 2009 and we are doing the whole zoot suit thing.. But we are doing it like a red carpet event.. Complete with paparazzi outside takin pictures of the guests as they arive. My colors are red black and white. But we need to know where to find the zoot suits with white and red pinstripes and one of the red ones has to be for a 4 year old. Like i said im in the beginning stages so im open to any ideas ya got

I am also having zuit suit wedding and i am having a little trouble... I am trying to find zuit suit themed weddings to use as a guide... I already have everyones attire i just need ideas for decorations and table linens... Oh my fiance is wearing a white zuit suit and the groomsmen are wearing black with white pinstripe... And my colors are white, lavender, maroon and black... If anyone knows of a good site i could check out that would be very helpful...
