Never Shop At Davids Bridal

I agree. I went in to my local David`s bridal and was not treated nice at all. I seemed to be a waste of their time. I thought it was their job to help people.

I agree, i went to the woodbury mn store and the salesperson was rude. I was telling my maid of honor a story and the salesperson rolled her eyes at me. I was so mad i just left and never came back. I had 7 bridesmaides so they lost atleast $1000 because they don`t understand customer service.

I totally agree!!!! My experience at Davids bridal was a complete mess!!! My family had to help me find dresses and try them on because the consultant assigned to me was also assigned to another bride to be. Once she left she never returned.

Any idea on how to contact the corp office? I think we all should.

I recently went to the one in Queens, NY with my friend who used to work at another David`s Bridal. She helped me more than the saleswoman did. Actually, the saleswoman didn`t help at all! The people there are so unenthusiastic! My friend was upset and said that next time we were going to her old one in Spring Valley. If it weren`t for her the whole experience would have been depressing.

I already did. No reply back. Go figure.

I disagree, i don`t know what it is but people from the south seem to be alot nicer. I went to the David briadl in Mobile, Al and they were wonderful. I must ahve tried on atleast 15 dresses and i had about two to three people giving me thier opinion it was a wonderful experience for me.

I am glad you got great service in the south. It is my feeling because I was just purchasing one gown as the mother of the groom and not some expensive wedding gown I was not waited on.
