Outdoor Wedding

I need help. My fiance and I are getting married on our farm. Outdoor wedding and reception. Does anyone have any ideas for food for the reception. Also, I can`t seem to find anyone that does catering in Morgantown, West Virginia. Also, the wedding will be casual.
