Sweet Sixteen A Month Away

Hey guys. So i live in this little crappy town in pa and im having a sweet sixteen. I live with my mom and 2 other siblings. I cant use a lot of money because shes a single parent. I have the guest list and where it is going to be already done, but i need ideas for the theme, what colors to use, what should i have there. If you have any suggestions please reply.
