Expensive Jewellry Cheap Material

I bought a $3000 bracelet from the store twice as a birthday gift. One time it broke off at the clasp and fell off outside the home. The second time it broke in half when it was taken out of the box. When I called to get it fixed they said they cant do anything. And that they don`t have anymore in the company. I want a refund its only been four days since the purcahse.
