Hello Do you know any one that sews, try asking her if she could make them. They are simple to do. Look at your fablic store for a pattern. They are ready simple and alot cheaper.

Try a local Dress maker... Surprisingly, they are not to expensive in my area here if you go to them as it is not a usual request and take a lot less effort for them to physically make.

Here are 3 sites I`ve found which are relatively inexpensive ($2.00-$3.50 per chair!). I can`t provide you a reference because I haven`t used them (I am currently researching as well), but all of them ship nationwide.
