Kay Jewelers - Watch Out!!

DO not buy diamond rings from Kay Jewlers. The quality of my ring was questionable and they did not honor the return of my ring during their posted so called 90 day period. They are slick in what they call 90 days - they pre-sale the ring and then you are stuck. Their customer service in Akron is horrible and not helpful. I bought the Leo Diamonds and now they will not honor their return even though they were late with my rings - I did not get them on my wedding date as promised in writing too. Watch OUT - Sterling Jewelers is scamming customers
