Sweet 13

Hey!!! my sister is turning sweet 13 and i was wondering if you have any ideas that are affordable that i may use. I love planning and surprising people that are celebrating a special occasion. Please help!!! thanx ~alison

Well I haven`t planned my 13th birthday yet but I am thinking either a big slumber party watch movies roast marshmallows and paint nails, stuff like that. It`s just a thought and it is pretty cheap. =) I hope I could help!
