Mazel Tov on your upcoming Bat Mitzvah! You can use shopping bags from different stores and put some graphics specific to that store coming out of it. For placecards you could use tiny shopping bags with the name of the person(s) on the front of the bag and the table where they are sitting on the back. You can put a little piece of tissue paper in the bag for color. You could even put some candy in the bag for weight and for a little treat for your guests.
