Reception Hall In Nj Or Philadelphia

I AM LOOKING TO HAVE A WEDDING SOMETIME AROUND JUNE TO OCTOBER OF 2008. I WOULD LIKE TO RENT A WEDDING HALL AND BRING AN OUTSIDE CATERER OR FOOD AND HAVE THE FACILITY STAFF SERVE THE FOOD. I AM LOOKING FOR CHINESE/VIETNAMESE CUISINE. IF IT`S NOT POSSIBLE TO BRING OUTSIDE FOOD IN, CAN THE FACILITY CREATE CHINESE FOOD AND WHAT ARE THE PRICING?
