Bill Levkoff gown in popular style 966. The dress is Euro Sky Blue and the sash is a contrasting Perriwinkle. The gown comes with a matching shawl in Euro Sky Blue and optional spaghetti straps you can hook on if strapless is not desired.
The gown is made of European satin and is strapless with wide sash ties in the back forming long tails. It has a ball gown skirt with crinoline for extra fullness and a slight back train.
