Help!!! Whats The Difference????

A bridal shower is the same as a wedding shower; the "jack and jill" involves both guys and girls (most bridal/wedding showers are women only) and the bachelor or bachelorette parties usually take place the week of the wedding - the guys (groomsmen and other friends) get together, go out, or have a party and the girls (bridesmaids and other friends) do something similar. For my older daughter`s wedding, the guys went to New Orleans to a couple of jazz clubs, spent the night, and came home the next day. My daughter and her bridesmaids/friends just got together and went out to a favorite local restaurant.
