HOUSE OF BRIDES - NIGHTMARE

DO NOT BUY FROM HOUSE OF BRIDES !!!!
Ordered my wedding dress my measurements were right on with the maufacturer`s - the dress arrived but not before having to call them to see where it was and since they don`t answer their phone had to go to to them live online after which it arrived - anyway the dress was seriously 4 - 5 sizes to large, the measurements they have listed for size 12 are mine however I would where a 6 - 8 normally, it was swimming on me. I called and went online again to try to talk to someone, finally got a person which told me it was my fault their measurements are right on and that even if i were to send it back i would not get it in time for my wedding and if they received and found that it was in fact my mistake they would then send me the same dress back in the same size and i would have to pay all the shipping involved......wish i would have researched the reviews before hand i did not realize their were so many unhappy customers.....oddly enough on their site they only post the positive review. I am trying to stay calm about this being I spent a lot of money on this dress and can not use it - it can not be altered enough and I still need a dress and wedding is in a few weeks.
Save yourself the anguish DO NOT ORDER FROM HOUSE OF BRIDES.........
