Sweet 16 Candle Lighting Ceremony Centerpiece
Can anyone tell me how to make my own centerpiece for the candle lighting ceremony ( sweet 16) last min party going on here and I dont want to disappoint daughter, but can not afford to have one made. Also does anyone know how they cut the names out of the styrofoam? do they use a knife or something else? please help party is aug 3rd!!
