Do anyone know where to purchase neon glow necklace, bracelets, sticks etc. In the Philadelphia, NJ DE area? I need to buy them in bulk for a party.

I don`t know if you are in a rush, but you can buy them online from www.orientaltradingcompany.com. They have LOTS of glow sticks, bracelets, etc. And they deal in bulk supplies.
