Need Info, Please Help

My husband and I have been married for 19 years. We had known each other for years, because his mother and my God mother were best friends. We actually met when they all came to see us at the birth of my oldest child. I was one week away from delivery when we met. We were in seperable from the moment we met until they left. (The father of my child turned his back on me when he found out I was pregnant.)

We eloped 8 months later, because our families were fighting over our marriage and rather than have the hastle, we just decided to elope. We have no pictures, no memorabilia, nothing from our marriage. We didn`t even tell anyone for 2 months that we were married.

The past 19 years have not been easy. We have finally come out of the worst time of our lives. This was being homeless with 4 children. Last August, we signed the papers to finally own our own home. It took 5 years to do it, but we did with God`s help.

I have been so sad about us not having anything from getting married. I asked my husband if we could do a wedding on our 20th Anniversary, and he was really excited about doing it! Seems he has been hearing me after all, all these years:-)

However, our budget is like $1,000 at the most. With now 5 children, this is as much as we can even THINK to put twords this wedding. I want an elegant nice wedding and reception. The wedding I dreamed of from a little girl. I didn`t even have any idea of how importand this was to me until I started the planning. If you have ANY ideas on how to do this on this budget, please respond. I need all the help I can get.
