My Daughters Wedding Catered By Syndi Shy

Beware of Classic Event Catering, Syndi Shy catered my daughters wedding on July 14,2007 and I was very disappointed in her ability to hold up to the contract.
She said she would provide mirrors ( for the tables), Linen tablecloths to the floor, bananas, apples, angel food cake for the chocolate fountain but we didn`t get these things and they are all written in the contract. She told me that the servers ask me about the food and they said I said to through it all out at the end of the event. But I was never ask about the food just about the rest of the cake. We were supposed to take the leftover’s home. But the servers did come to me or my daughter about the food and My daughter was the one they should have gone to ask She was the one who signed the contract. I could go on and on. What can we do to ensure this woman never works again.? I am thinking about going to small claims court to get back my money ( is any with me?)
She doesn`t tell the truth and is a cheat. She has to be stopped.
