Cheap Ideas For Everyone

If you`re birthday is in the summer:
If you have a pool, have a pool party. Just order pizza and get some soda. Don`t forget you can always ask people to throw in a couple dollars to help pay. If the people are really your friends they shouldn`t mind helping you out.
Another idea is just having a bon fire at night. You don`t need to have tons of people to have a good sweet sixteen. Usually when there are tons of people it just results in drama.

Winter birthday: Have a small family party at home. Then the next day have your parents, family member, or a friend take you somewhere. A fun idea if you`re a girl is to take a trip out to the city and go shopping with your birthday money.
You could also rent out somewhere to have a party, bring a radio to have your own music and have your family help cook the food.

Another idea for the winter is to plan a skiing or snowboarding trip. Another idea is to plan a trip to florida or somewhere warm, thats if you like in new england or somewhere cold in the winter.
