Gowns in the 600 series are 2006 gowns, and gowns in the 700 series are 2007 gowns.
Marisa has a policy of not releasing photos of their current collection on the internet to prevent "inspired/fake/re-design" companies from copying their gowns. So, anything that you see with a 700 series number is a 2007 gown.
So, the short answer is that #644 and #744 are different gowns entirely.
