I did place a complaint with better business but they did nothing. I even contacted the attorney general`s office but nothing there. Thats why i went to Call 12 for Action because no one was willing to help. I`m still waiting on my wedding DVD and i haven`t gotten one single phone call from Harlan in regards to this.
