My Dream Dress
I absolutely fell in love with this dress! I saw it in the Modern Bride magazine and gasped! I live in Southern New Jersey where there are NO bridal shops that have this dress, but this summer, I am interning in North Jersey. I saw that one of the shops that carries Pronovias was in the small town where I was temporarily living so I stopped in. It was a tiny bridal shop and I walked in and asked if they had it and they had ONE. My EXACT size and in WHITE! (my preferred color) The white is gorgeous! The detail may be more noticable with the gold dress, but for me, this was PERFECT!!!
Better yet: The shop is selling it to me for $900 ... Which includes all alterations except the hem! (which is $75 for the dress and $75 for the bustle)
Haha... And my wedding is in a year and 10 months.
Definitely planning ahead!

Glad you found the dream dress! Don`t get ripped off on alterations though. If I were you, I would go somewhere like Davids Bridal. My bustle cost $50 (for 7 Bustles) and $20 to get hemmed. Hope this helps you.

Sounds like a covert advertisement for a bridal shop in South Jersey. She`s just waiting for you to ask which bridal shop she found her "dream dress" at.

Nope... Definitely not advertising for a bridal shop... I was just shocked that I found the dress that I wanted that easily and for such a great price.
The dress already has a bustle... Its $75 to have it hemmed if you want it hemmed... I guess some people prefer to keep it longer...? But thanks for the tip!

If it already had the bustle in it when you first tried it on, it is most likely used. That`s why you got such a good deal.
If you advertise the name of the shop they will pull your thread, btw.

Its not used... It just comes that way... It is even on the designer`s website.
And i didnt even care for the place i got it... Again, i was just surprised that they had exactly what i was looking for.
