Who made the mermaid poem or in other words who are you talking to?

Nadando por la oceano
Pensando en todo lo que a pasado estos quince anos
Mirando mi familia y amigos
Yo sonriendo con ellos y ellos con migo
Soy la sirena ariba de mi castillo
Dandole gracias a todos y por todo lo que es mio
No lo puedo querer que oy es mi dia especial
Espero en dios que nada balla mal.
