Family Unity Ceremony

Any ideas for a family unity to incorporate in my upcoming wedding? My fiance has 2 children: Ethan 9 & Madyson 6...I`ve heard of the sand and ceremonies with jewerly...are there any other ideas out there? I want it to be unique. Thanks!
