Birthday Partyy

Ok so I`m turning 13 in september and I need help to plan my partyy so any advice will be greatly appreciated. I hav no idea wut to do and I wanna have a co-ed birthday party cause I have quite a few relly close guy friends and I wanna invite them. But if I hav girls and guys it`s harder to figure out wut to do. I would invite around 15 ppl but I dun wanna hav it at my house cause I hav a small house and its not a good party house so any ideas where to hav it? I was thinkin mayb laserquest or paintballing and then having a couple of girls over at my house for a sleepover? Or do u guys no anywhere where u can rent a big area so we could hang out there and dance and stuff? my budget is around $200 or $300 and I wanna have a co-ed party and a sleepover following that... Any ideas on how to make the sleepover relly fun and where to have my party? Plz tell me the costs and stuff too...
