For My Sweet Sixteen

Hey...im planning on having a sweet sixteen, but i dont know where and how much it will all cost. I`m saving up for it myself, and my parents might chip in a little bit. Im looking for a nice, but not too costly place near schenectady, ny and a caterer or something like that. I dont know where to look to have an idea of what the cost will be either, so if anyone knows where i can find that..please help me =;) i am thinking og doing a luau theme. If anyone knows where i can find any of the above, please reply......THANKS
