I Ordered Dresses Never Got Them Yet

My sisters wedding dress came to her missing half of the beading gone and no buttons for her train and she was told that it was her problem and that they were not liable now it is a week befor we leave for her destination wedding and we have not recieved our bridesmaid dresses each of us is told a different story and thats when we can get a hold of any body when ask to speak to a general manager there is no one no owner no nothing just you can leave a message and someone will call back no one is simpathetic no one even seems to care. We ordered these dresses five months ago i would definately go elsewhere or just have your dress made for all this headache bridemaids try macys or some other store they can find anything anywhere and are always happy to check every store in the world moral of the story always make sure there is someone available who knows what they are talking about and if there isnt a general manager dont shop there!
