Party Ideas For A 95yo Grandmother

Please help with birthday party ideas for my grandmother whom will be turning 95 this May. She can not see or hear very well, and difficult to get around, but it`s a rare occaision we want to make her fell special.

Well why don`t you play some of her favorite music and invite some family and friends over to talk and rememver good times with her and if they want to play some games or something then have them play guess that tune or something that they can play sitting down.
