21st Birthday Party LOCATION IDEAS NEEDED HELP

I want to have a private all white and black 21st birdthday party for about 60-100 guests, im lookin for a really nice place where it will be private , and preferably white walls, i also need a place that i can invite people who are under 21 and under 18, iknow im being picky but if any one has any ideas please HELP!
