Renewing Vows With A Real Wedding

My husband and i have been married five really hard years. We have been through some really tough times. So we have decided to get renew our vows to reaffirm the vows we took in the hard times. But it was a very small wedding the first time. In the office of the justice of the peace with no one present but our young children and our best friends. Does anyone have ANY suggestions?
