Planning My Wife`s 40th B`day

My wife is turning 40 on sun. Jun 24th.need some ideas,suggestions,i`m desperate.she is a nurse in manhattan.works very hard at her job.she is outgoing,has a sense of humor,willing to go that extra mile to help anyone.i`m on a budget, would like to do some sort of cruise that leaves from queens,less than 20 people .looked into something like that ,turned out to be pretty expensive.i know she would like that.any ideas on a boat ride like that?it will be greatly appreciated.time is running out,got less than a week.thank you.al
