1940`s Inspired Dress Help

My b- day is febuary 29th so i only get to really have my birth date celebration every four years and my 16 is my official fourth birth date that i get to have my party on... Its goning to be a 1940`s inspired event and im having trouble finding a dress would be very thankfull for any help
