Bridesmart

I had an absolutely horrible experience at Bridesmart. I had ordered a dress (my sister did too) and both were too small. They tried to blame it on the fact that we gained weight (which neither of us did). The truth was that the lady that looked at the Impression dress chart recommended sizes that didn`t even match my measurements. Basically, she recommended that I order a 6 or an 8 in the dress. Now that I looked over the Impression size chart I realized that there was no way I could even fit in the dress at the time she recommended (the six or the eight). The only part that would have been big enough was the bust. All other areas were too small according to the chart. I don`t know what she was thinking!! I of course didn`t look at the chart at the time and went with the six because she has said either would be fine, the six would just be slightly smaller. Overall, it has been a total mess and they won`t take responsibility to any of it even though I have everything in writing. Does anyone know how to contact someone higher up? I would like to explain the situation to an owner to boss or someone. I tried to get the owners number from the store, but the managers refused to give me that information and they were extremely rude. The store is the Bridesmart in Schaumburg, Illinois. Any information would help. I am at a loss of what to do.
