My Dress Too

I ordered a dress from houseofbrides in january and got a confirmation email saying that it shd recieved by houseofbrides mid-may and they will notify me when they sip it to me (UK). Mid-may came and went and no news was forth coming. So i rang them up. Was told my someone (at that time didnt get a name) who said that the order "was somewhere and that she will put my name into shipping" i said ok. May ended and still no news so i rang them up again and spoke with a Helen who said she will look inot my case and having done so told me that there was a delay from the desginer`s side. I rang another time in the first week of june and sopke with a Maria who told me that alfred angelo will have the dress sent to houseofbride sometime in the first wekk they will then ship it to me and it shd come by the 15th june. On the 12th of june i rang again because it did not look like there was nething coming. A got an answer machine so left a msg. At the same time i got into the live help chat from the website and a debbie told me that alfred angelo hasnt got the dress to them and for me to ring back in a couple of days...!!!! so am ringing on the 20th to c wat is wat. If i get the same reply am gonna go MAD...ne idea how i can sue them?
