I AM TRYING TO FIND OUT HOW TO REPRODUCE THE ELVIS PIN WHEEL BELT. I HAVE NO CLUE WHAT WAS USED TO MAKE THE BUCKLE. CAN ANYONE OUT THERE HELP ME PLEASE????!!!!!!! THIS IS FOR A FRIENDS COSTUME AND THEY JUST CANNOT AFFORD TO PAY THE PRICES THAT ARE BEING ASKED FOR THESE BELTS. HELP PLEASE!!!!!!!
