MAGGIE SOTTERO ANTOINETTE - SIZE 10

Please does anyone know where i can pick up a Maggie Sottero antoinette gown off-the-rack? My sister lives in Baltimore, Maryland and wants to know where she can go to pick up the above-mentioned gown for me (in size 10 or 12. Size 10 would be a perfect fit but I could always adjust 12 to fit). I called on a number of boutiques and alas the only one stocking it as at last week Friday (she even went there for a fitting!!!!) insisted on a six-month order period.
