Renewal Of Vows After Stroke

My husband and I want to renew our vowels after the horrible journey we have been on the last 9 months. My husband at 39 yrs had a massive stroke due to bacterial infection caused by west nile virus. Anyways, we are so excited to do this and his goal is to walk me down the isle. He cannot speak very well. Only answer questions, unless a miracle would happen by next June. What kind of vows should we use. Our reasons for renewal are sorta different than others I see posted. Thank you.
