Twin 2nd Birthday

I am a mother of fratenal twin girl. Turn two 8/28/2007. We did a BIG Nemo party for their first birthday that went really well. I am looking to do a smaller scale party for their second birthday but I want it to be special. Suggestions please !

My girls love mickey mouse, fish, tea parties, and wooden puzzles. Any suggestion would be appreciated.

The girls could do a teddy bear tea party where the kids all stuff their own new teddy first.
