Wedding Fans

I was looking at your fans that you have. My question is: if they are sold by the dozen then if I order 13, would that be 13 indvidual fans or 13 dozen fans. I`m sorry to bother you with this but I`m doing last minute wedding shopping. And do you also know, if I did order fans from you, how long it would take to get them?
