13 Th Birthday ~~

Hey! My 13th birthday is in September but im planning to have it in August before the school year starts. My sister`s 16th birthday is coming up in September too. She wants to have her sweet 16 in august and has already rented a room etc. My mom forgets about me so she makes it seem extremly un important. I really want some cool ideas to impress my friends and family. I had one idea to do a scavenger hunt at the mall and then after that go to the Cheescake factory and have lots of shopping games. But i might want to have mine in a hotel with 5 or so close friends. [there`s a really nice one nearby with cool shops in walking distance] I want to decide but i cant.... Im wondering if you guys could help me? itd be appreciated and more ideas and plenty of games. And also 1 more question. Any ideas for party favors?
