Any Weddings In Newport, RI???

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone is getting married in Newport, RI? The reason I am asking is because I am and I really need help getting caterers, dj, video, and photo. I had my heart on the Astor Beechwood Mansion or Oceancliff. I am making the invitations and the flowers. Does anyone know who pays for the engagement party? Any ideas???
