Invitation Maps

I am trying to figure out a cheap & easy way for my out-of-state guests to get individual directions or maps. Their coming from all over so the local inserts just won`t do. Any Ideas?

How many different maps do you need. Are you sure you can`t have one custom map with directions from north, south, west, east won`t cover the issue? We make beautiful custom maps. Let me know if I can help. Marcela@simplystatedstationery.com

You can provide maps and directions to the wedding sites in a number of ways. You may enclose them with the invitation or you may mail them after you have received an affirmative response to your invitation. Sometimes maps are supplied by the ceremony and/or reception sites. If they are not, you will have to order them or design them yourselves. Be sure your directions are clear and accurate, and that they are written in a concise and abbreviated a manner as possible , to avoid adding extras bulk to invitations.

If you are having out-of-state guests, you should gather as much travel and lodging information as possible ( such as airlines that fly into nearby airports; hotels, motels, inns, and bed-and-breakfast lodging, ground transportation services, and car rentals) This information can be sent by e-mail after you receive a response or can be included with the invitation, perhaps laser-printed on a card or a single sheet of small stationery.

Hope this helps. If you need any further information, feel free to email me at divineweddingsandevents@gmail.com
