Who Pays For What? Bride Or Groom

Traditionally and recently who pays for what? What does the bride pay for and what does the groom pay for?

It used to be Brides family pays for the wedding and the grooms family pays for dinner rehearsal and honeymoon. Now it is who ever can afford what.

Colleen, that is true - traditionally the bride`s family pays for the wedding and the groom`s family pays for the dinner rehearsal and honeymoon. However, it is more and more common for the couples to pay for things themselves and get money from their parents for it. Janelle
