HELP Please ~13th Party~

I am having a birthday party and it as to be fun! my best friend in the entire world is moving and i have to make it the party of her life. She invited me to her party and it was a blast. I really want it to be unique and really really FUN!! She hates rollercoasters and gets bored really easily. I hope it can be fun. My parents aren`t up for paying a lot of money and you no how parnets are..
I am tankful for any ideas..
It doesn`t matter if it costs a lot.. I might be able to make it happen.
