Wedding Theme- I Finally Found My Prince.

Hi, My wedding is May 1st, 2004 and I am thinking of working around this theme. Well one of many that entered my head heehee! I love froggies and was thinking to coordinate them somehow. Does anyone have any ideas on colors, favors, centerpieces??? I picked strapless bridesmaids dresses. My fiance didn`t really like the green color they came in. What do you all think? I want people to remember a unique but lovely wedding with a theme.

One thing I am doing is wearing ballerina slippers with my dress and thinking of having a froggy princess and prince embroidered on them in crystals by a proffesional seamstress if I can find one.

Thanks so much!

I am also having a finding my prince charming wedding theme (the only way I could intergrade frogs into it). For center pieces I am thinking of puting mirrors in the middle of the tables and then placing glass bowls in the center with white and teal rocks in the bottom and I found floating frog candles on a web site. I think then I wil put some rose pettles in the bowl also and then some on the mirrors going around the glass bowl. For my cake, I bought a blown glass cake topper of a frog couple in a gazebo and somehow I am going to use a fountain on the cake too. I need some more ideas too so, anything you`ve got will help.
Thank you

I am only 19, but I have been critiquing my wedding plans since i was 9. Anyway, I was think about your centerpieces. Well, I like the color green, but I like the natural looks of stuff, not just all green. For my centerpieces, I am going to use glass vases and bowls and such with 2 Albino African Clawed Frogs. To symbolize the two in unity. With white roses coming out of the vase and a row of white tea lights line the table runner. If white is too much, you can add your accent color with a bold splash of colored rocks or stones in the bottom. These little guys can live in water forever and they could be something fun to put a bunch in a big tank in your new house.
